Szanowni Państwo,
W pierwszych dniach października opublikowana została nowelizacja zarządzenia Rektora UW dot. programu stypendialnego „Zwiększanie mobilności doktorantów Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego”, którego są Państwo uczestnikami. Wprowadzone zmiany są odpowiedzią na wynikające z pandemii trudności w realizacji celów programu i polegają na wydłużeniu okresu realizacji zobowiązań nałożonych na stypendystów.
Wszyscy stypendyści zobowiązani zostali do wywiązania się ze wszystkich zobowiązań stypendialnych, w tym uzyskania stopnia naukowego doktora do 1 października 2022 r.
Jednak jednorazowa transza stypendium w wysokości 12 000 zł będzie wypłacana tylko tym stypendystom, którzy wywiążą się ze wszystkich obowiązków, w tym uzyskają stopień naukowy doktora przed 15 lipca 2022 r.
Stypendyści, których ostatnie sprawozdanie nie zostało zaakceptowane ze względu na niewywiązanie się z obowiązków wynikających z regulaminu programu zobowiązani są do nadrobienia zaległości i ponownego złożenia raportu końcowego najpóźniej do 30 września 2022 r., przy czym realizacja drugiej szkoły letniej i udział z referatem w przynajmniej jednej międzynarodowej konferencji naukowej nastąpić musi do 30 czerwca 2022 r.

In the first days of October, an amendment to the ordinance of the Rector of the University of Warsaw regarding the scholarship program ‘Increasing the mobility of doctoral students at the University of Warsaw’, in which you participate, was published. The introduced changes are a response to the difficulties in achieving the program objectives resulting from the pandemic and consist in extending the period of implementation of the obligations imposed on the grant holders.
All scholarship recipients were obliged to fulfill all their scholarship obligations, including obtaining a doctoral degree by October 1, 2022.
However, a single tranche of the scholarship in the amount of PLN 12,000 will be paid only to those scholarship holders who fulfill all their obligations, including obtaining a doctoral degree before July 15, 2022.
Scholarship holders whose last report has not been accepted due to failure to fulfill their obligations resulting from the program regulations are required to catch up and submit the final report no later than September 30, 2022, with the implementation of the second summer school and participation in at least one international scientific conference must take place by 30 June 2022.
